GPS & Satellite navigation

A good and important question for us,
Whats the different between the GPS and navigation system?
What are we using in cars?

The answer is:

Navigation system: Using GPS and stored data the system can be used to quickly calculated a route. The GPS calculated the position of the driver and the stored data consist of data about all roads in the country in the form of map coordinates.
